Mid Kansas Auto Auction in Wichita is seeking a Fleet Lease Rep to manage and grow fleet lease opportunities, delivering superior value to customers and increasing revenues through renewals and new business.

You will identify client needs, coach customers on inventory marketing, handle sale-day duties, and report progress to the Fleet Lease Manager and Sales Manager. The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and teamwork within ASI/AutoIMS environments.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interaction skills are required.
• Professional phone etiquette and good computer/software knowledge are expected.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Use all available resources to achieve growth, profit and reach customer guidelines.
• Identify client needs and drive inventory to appropriate sales channels.
• Perform sale day duties including customer service and pre/post-sale reporting.
• Report progress to Fleet Lease Manager and Sales Manager.
• Develop new accounts and increase consignments through personal and telephone contact.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate repairs/enhancements with dealers.
