Alt Fuel Innovations (AFI) in Kansas City, MO seeks a motivated Sales Representative to grow our vehicle upfitting business. You will manage existing accounts, build new opportunities, and deliver customized solutions to fleets and commercial clients.

Ideal candidates have proven sales in automotive or fleet sectors, strong communication, and CRM experience. This role offers a base salary plus monthly commissions, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in automotive, fleet, commercial, or industrial industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities within fleet and commercial vehicle markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners.
• Generate quotes and assist customers with identifying upfit solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track sales opportunities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
• Represent AFI at customer meetings, events, and industry functions as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
