AFI | Kansas City, MO is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our vehicle upfitting business for fleet and commercial clients. You will build relationships with existing customers, develop new opportunities, and deliver customized upfit solutions.

You will manage accounts, generate quotes, and coordinate with operations to ensure project success, using CRM tools to track progress and forecast sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, fleet, commercial, or industrial industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities within fleet and commercial vehicle markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners.
• Generate quotes and assist customers with identifying upfit solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track sales opportunities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
• Represent AFI at customer meetings, events, and industry functions as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
