Job summary

Mid-Kansas Auto Auction in Wichita, KS is seeking a Fleet Lease Representative to manage and expand current and new business by delivering superior value to customers. You will work to increase revenues through renewable business relationships and require self-management, motivation, and strong communication.

Responsibilities include identifying client needs, coaching on marketing inventory, handling sale day duties, reporting to management, and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interaction skills required.
• Able to sit/stand for prolonged periods and lift 5–10 pounds.
• Professional phone etiquette and self-motivation essential.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Use all available resources to achieve growth, profit and reach customer guidelines.
• Identify client needs and drive inventory to appropriate sales channels.
• Perform sale day duties including customer service and pre/post-sale reporting.
• Report progress to Fleet Lease Manager / Sales Manager.
• Develop new accounts through personal and telephone contact.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with the auction process.
• Analyze and manage customers with daily reports and queries.
• Coordinate repairs/enhancements with dealers to ensure communication.
• Assist with customers' transport as needed.
