The role requires leadership of driver teams, schedule management, and KPI monitoring to optimize operations. The position emphasizes coaching, safe operations, and proactive problem solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years in Operations including Customer Service, Fleet Management, or Load Planning.
• Knowledge of DOT hours of service and how they apply to a Driver.
• XPM / Qtops (AS-400)

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of Driver Leaders and their teams to ensure performance and smooth driver/customer experience.
• Manage work schedules including holidays and sick days for all employees.
• Monitor KPI and soft-skill performance; coach and mentor.
• Promote safe operations and monitor Driver performance.
• Manage freight assignments to drivers to ensure high service levels.
