Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive, fleet, transportation, logistics, or asset management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are important.
• Proficient with computers, tablets, and mobile apps, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and register vehicles to ensure they are rental-ready.
• Monitor vehicle inventory and update status records.
• Organize and stage vehicles to optimize operations.
• Track out-of-service vehicles and coordinate their return to service.
• Maintain asset control records and conduct inventories.
• Install and manage asset tags for incoming vehicles.
• Use handheld devices to scan and update vehicle information.
• Coordinate vehicle transportation and non-revenue fleet movements.
• Perform data entry, email communications, report reviews, and work order management.
