Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a mechanic or similar in maintenance.
• Associate's degree in automotive maintenance, business, or related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory or foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations to keep buses safe and available.
• Coach and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
