Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Manager of Financial Administration to lead the financial operations for Motion Industries fleets. You will oversee ERP and PeopleSoft GL structures, partner with field leadership, and drive efficiencies in reporting and controls.

This role requires strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration across Finance and Operations. Responsibilities include optimizing fleet performance, maintaining ledger integrity, and mentoring a team of analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Five years of experience in a financial leadership role.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external fleet management to ensure efficient operations.
• Partner with field leadership to address concerns and maintain service levels.
• Review fleet performance metrics and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee fleet optimization and reduce operating costs.
• Manage ERP/PeopleSoft processes and general ledger structure.
