• Assist Fleet Support Manager for Fleet and Materials Management.
• Coordinate the Shop Equipment and Tool Replacement program.
• Work with Equipment Depot Superintendent and Division Area Equipment Superintendents on needs and procurements.
• Develop and update program timelines to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and process requisitions for shop equipment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and State Purchase & Contract to establish contracts.
• Review vendor performance and analyze options to recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze program and fleet data and prepare reports to support planning, budgeting and decisions.
• Oversee inventories of shops equipment and small tools; assist with annual inventories.
• Provide guidance on equipment requests, procurement requirements, and timelines.
• Ensure equipment receipt is documented to support timely payment and reconcile rebates where applicable.
