Job summary

National Tank & Equipment is seeking a Fleet & Equipment Coordinator to support daily rental fleet coordination, asset maintenance, and cross-branch communication. The role ensures accurate records and timely movements of equipment across yards and customer sites.

The position requires 2+ years in related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Teams to manage fleet data and reporting effectively.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in equipment rental, fleet management, transportation, construction equipment, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily rental fleet activity, equipment availability, utilization, transfers, and status updates across branches and customer job sites.
• Maintain accurate asset records, including serial numbers, equipment additions, disposals, transfers, warranty information, and system updates.
• Communicate with branch teams, vendors, yards, and management regarding equipment movement, service needs, policies, and fleet status.
• Support fleet compliance, documentation, transportation coordination, equipment condition review, and related company requirements.
• Prepare and maintain fleet reports, purchase orders, service records, rental documentation, inventories, and continuous-improvement project support.
