Job summary

E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to organize and track fleet data, fuel usage, inspections, and registrations. The role supports field crews and vendors while maintaining comprehensive lifecycle documentation and ensuring compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Geotab or similar tracking tools. Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred for site communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of administrative experience in a related field.
• Experience coordinating equipment, fleet, or construction assets preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Track equipment activity and lifecycle documentation.
• Maintain fuel logs, inspections, registrations, and work orders.
• Coordinate with mechanics, yard staff, and field crews for equipment requests and deliveries.
• Audit equipment data, ensure DOT/OSHA compliance, and close documentation gaps.
• Provide fleet status updates to leadership and support cost tracking.
