Job summary

Pulice Construction, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to assist the Divisional Equipment Manager with inventory, maintenance, repair coordination, and dispatch of technicians. You will reconcile monthly billing for company-owned equipment and vehicles across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment records, coding invoices, and supporting payroll and HR with reporting. A degree in construction-related field and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in construction equipment planning, scheduling and basic budgeting.
• Experience with Oracle JD Edwards ERP Systems or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain equipment documentation, records, and licensing for projects or divisions.
• Code and track usage reports and invoices for on-time payments.
• Support month-end invoice reconciliation and project costing with accounting.
• Process Bills of Sale as directed by management.
• Manage fuel card program and toll road reporting for company vehicles.
