Qualifications

• Experience tracking equipment and fleet maintenance records.
• Ability to work with project managers to identify equipment needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with project managers to understand equipment needs for upcoming and active jobs.
• Track the location, status, and assignment of company-owned equipment across projects.
• Locate and source rental equipment when job needs exceed available fleet.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for all equipment and follow up on service that is due or overdue.
• Keep equipment data current and report on fleet availability and utilization as requested.
