The role focuses on maintaining accurate maintenance records to keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and based in Prairieville with a strong emphasis on organization, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration within the Equipment Acquisition department.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records for all equipment and follow up on service that is due or overdue.
• Keep equipment data current and report on fleet availability and utilization as requested.

About This Role

R.R. Cassidy, a growing heavy construction company and part of Quanta Services, is seeking a self-motivated Equipment Coordinator to join our Equipment Acquisition department. This full-time, permanent position is based in Prairieville, LA, and is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work directly with project managers to identify equipment needs, track our company-owned fleet, source rental equipment, and maintain accurate maintenance records to help keep projects moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficiency in Excel is a plus.
