UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support the South Carolina fleet with asset management, procurement, and record keeping. The role requires organization, strong communication, and the ability to travel to field locations 30–50% of the time.

The Fleet Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in ensuring DOT compliance, safety standards, and efficient equipment utilization across the region.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in automotive fleet services, logistics, or related field.
• Experience with title/registration compliance preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel and Google Suite.
• Ability to travel 30–50% and lift up to 25 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Monitor fleet vehicles and equipment for regulatory and safety compliance.
• Evaluate equipment condition and risk according to DOT and internal procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance, warranties and repairs with vendors.
• Maintain asset records with accuracy and data integrity.
• Assign vehicles to employees and manage distribution lists.
• Support fleet compliance, titles, registrations and inspections.
