The role requires flexibility across day, night, and weekend shifts, with duties spanning payroll, coaching, and performance reporting in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2–3 years in transportation/logistics or equivalent military experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze situations and make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends and travel to accounts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safety teams to reduce turnover and boost productivity.
• Manage scheduling, routing, and load assignments to ensure safe, on-time freight movement.
• Perform payroll duties, driver coaching, and prepare operational/financial reporting.
• Analyze fleet operations, monitor KPIs, and present customer-specific insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.
