Job summary

PCG is seeking a DOT Compliance Analyst at its Lenexa, KS location. The role oversees DOT driver qualification, FMCSA compliance, regulatory filings, and fleet documentation to ensure drivers and branches meet federal, state, and company requirements.

You will support branch leadership and Risk Management by monitoring records, resolving issues, managing reporting obligations, and helping reduce fleet-related risk through training and close collaboration with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, business or related field.
• 5-7 years progressive experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, or DOT compliance.
• 3-5 years direct experience managing DOT/FMCSA compliance programs (Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, CSA monitoring, audits, reporting).
• Experience with DOT filings such as IFTA, IRP, UCR, MCS-150 and related programs.
• Experience with ELDs, driver qualification management, and compliance monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage DOT Driver Qualification Files and determine driver eligibility per FMCSA.
• Maintain DOT records for audit readiness and timely retrieval.
• Provide guidance on DOT requirements to branch personnel.
• Monitor CSA, inspections, crashes, and FMCSA DataQs submissions.
• Track hours-of-service, ELD data, logs, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Review driver vehicle inspection reports and compliance with safety regs.
• Coordinate and prepare state/federal fleet filings and registrations (IFTA, IRP, UCR, etc.).
• Support regulatory reporting, risk management, and training initiatives.
