Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route messages.
• Maintain strong relationships with drivers.
• Review work orders for pickup/delivery accuracy.
• Update vehicle lists and locations in AS400.
• Assign vehicles based on trip length and freight needs.
• Record departure times, destinations, and ETA.
• Maintain load and driver data accuracy throughout the freight life cycle.
• Escalate service issues to planners and coordinators.
• Approve PTO requests for assigned drivers.
