Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day contact for customers during rental engagements.
• Dispatch equipment and operators focusing on speed, efficiency and cost.
• Generate and manage work tickets for field operations.
• Monitor financial impact of dispatch decisions to improve profitability.
• Maintain open communication with internal teams and external clients.
• Provide technical knowledge and support on equipment selection and usage.
• Review utilization and performance reports weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate equipment transfers between branches to meet demand.
• Identify process improvements and implement approved changes.
