• Relay work orders and messages to and from drivers and assistants.
• Use phones, two-way radios or text messages to contact employees.
• Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve service or equipment issues.
• Prepare daily schedules.
• Prepare or receive work orders for crews.
• Coordinate communications within designated territories.
• Maintain and organize work requests, charges, expenses and inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
