Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles or equipment to locations according to schedules, requests or needs.
• Relay information such as work orders or messages to and from drivers and assistants.
• Use telephone, two-way radios or text messages to contact employees.
• Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve problems or requests for services or equipment.
• Prepare daily work such as schedules.
• Prepare work orders for crew or receive work orders from crews.
• Facilitate communications within company territories.
• Keep and organize work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges, expenses and inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
