Job summary

Walmart is seeking a trainer with extensive experience in driver training to design, deliver, and improve learning programs for Driver Trainees across multiple Fleet Development locations. Qualifications

• Current holder of an interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement (or will obtain within 120 days).
• 3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the last 7 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years; no DUI/DWI or related offenses in last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training content to Driver Trainees with leadership; conducts classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Provides feedback to Driver Trainees, Fleet Development leadership, and Regional Training Center teams.
• Facilitates audits and ensures One Best Way compliance across Regional Training Centers.
