Walmart Inc. in Grantsville, UT is hiring a Fleet Development Facilitator to support the Grantsville Regional Training Center.

This role delivers training programs, coordinates content, and drives improvements across Fleet Development operations to strengthen safety, efficiency, and performance. The position requires strong facilitation, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on ensuring One Best Way standards are applied regionally and that drivers receive

Formación

• Current interstate CDL with Hazmat endorsement or will obtain within 120 calendar days of hire.
• 3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 7 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations while operating a vehicle in the last 3 years.
• No DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving within the last 10 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in content teach-backs and co-facilitation of training for Driver Trainees with senior leaders.
• Provides feedback to participants in Driver Trainee program and Fleet Development leadership.
• Supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders and identifying needs.
• Conducts facilitation audits and ensures One Best Way compliance across Regional Training Centers.
• Delivers training using multiple modalities and supports ongoing change initiatives.
