Job summary

Walmart seeks a Trainer/Facilitator for Driver Trainee programs at our Raymond, NH location. You will cofacilitate training with senior leaders, provide participant feedback, and conduct audits to ensure One Best Way compliance.

You’ll engage with Fleet Development leadership and Regional Training Center teams to validate and improve training content. In this role you will deliver in-class and virtual training, support change initiatives, and mentor trainees and staff to ensure effective

Qualifications

• CDL with Hazmat endorsement required or will be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• 3 years of experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the last 7 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Driver Trainee training sessions with senior leaders.
• Provides feedback to participants in the Driver Trainee program and conducts audits to ensure One Best Way compliance.
• Performs regional training center tours and risk assessments in collaboration with leadership.
• Supports development and review of Fleet Development content and validates accuracy with Learning Content Development team.
• Delivers classroom and virtual training, using multiple modalities including VR where applicable.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates and mentors trainee staff.

Education

Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement
