Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a valid interstate CDL with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 120 days.
3 years experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer position in the last 7 years.
No major moving violations in the last 3 years; no DUI/DWI or reckless driving in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance to Driver Trainees and senior leaders.
Facilitate training content and implement regional training center processes.
Monitor training utilization and ensure compliance with One Best Way across centers.
Deliver training using multiple modalities and support change initiatives.
