Walmart is seeking a Training Lead for its Private Fleet to design and implement comprehensive training plans for drivers and to oversee Fleet Development Facilitators in Spring Valley, IL. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing content with the design team, and providing actionable feedback to improve facilitation skills.

The position requires effective use of learning systems to monitor progress, ensure compliance with policies, and report results to senior management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in minimum qualifications.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing managers or supervisors.
• Proven ability to coordinate training programs with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements training plans for Walmart Private Fleet drivers.
• Oversees Fleet Development Facilitators and provides guidance for performance improvement.
• Utilizes learning systems to monitor, track, and report learning activities and outcomes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to determine training requirements and with design to create content.
• Presents regular reports on fleet performance, training outcomes, and facilitator activities to senior management.
