Job summary

Walmart is seeking a designated trainer to support Driver Trainee development and regional Fleet Development initiatives. The role involves facilitating training sessions, auditing content for accuracy, and applying One Best Way standards across multiple training centers.

You will deliver diverse training modalities, mentor associates, and drive change initiatives while aligning with Walmart’s ethics, safety and performance goals. On-site presence in Bentonville, AR is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Exhibits up-to-date expertise and applies it to training content and best practices.
• Able to facilitate Driver Trainee training and provide feedback to participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate training classes for Driver Trainees across locations.
• Audit regional training content for accuracy and One Best Way compliance.
• Develop and deliver training using multiple modalities (in-person, VR, digital).
• Collaborate with Learning Content Development to improve curricula and materials.
• Coach and mentor associates; hire, train, and recognize team members.
• Support adoption of change initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
