Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Fleet Development Facilitator at the Regional Training Center in Grantsville, UT. This role focuses on developing and delivering training programs for Driver Trainees, coordinating with senior leaders, and ensuring One Best Way compliance across multiple centers.

The position requires facilitation expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to engage with stakeholders to drive process improvements. This is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current holder of an interstate Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement or will obtain within 120 calendar days of hire.
• 3 years’ experience in a full‑time Class A tractor/trailer driving position within the last 7 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No convictions for DUI/DWI or reckless driving in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Driver Trainee training and co‑facilitate training content with senior leaders.
• Provide feedback to participants and Fleet Development leadership during the Driver Trainee program.
• Support and implement business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders and monitoring progress.
• Conduct facilitation audits and One Best Way compliance reviews across Regional Training Centers.
• Deliver training using multiple modalities and adapt to changing needs and locations.
