Job summary

Walmart Pottsville location is seeking an experienced Trainer for Driver Trainees to develop and deliver training programs across Regional Training Centers. You will facilitate live and virtual sessions, ensure One Best Way compliance, and support continuous improvements in Fleet Development content.

The role involves coaching, mentoring, and coordinating with senior leadership to drive effective training delivery and employee development within Walmart’s Fleet Development program.

Qualifications

• Current holder of an interstate (Class A) Commercial Drivers License with Hazmat endorsement (or will obtain within 120 days)
• 3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the last 7 years
• No moving violations in the last 3 years and no serious violations in the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Provides expert guidance in Fleet Development, training, and facilitation for Driver Trainees and leadership teams.
• Delivers and audits training content, conducts block schedules, and supports regional training centers with classroom and virtual delivery.
