Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking an Account Manager for the Local Sales Channel to actively grow and engage customers in the assigned market. You will drive dealer enrollments, build relationships with customers and suppliers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to unlock growth.

Experience in automotive or tire sales and proficiency with Salesforce are valued. This role emphasizes meeting sales targets and participating in marketing programs, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Automotive or tire industry sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage and grow current and prospective customers in assigned market.
• Drive Associate Dealer enrollments and engagements with Independent Tire Dealers.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and supplier partners.
• Use Salesforce.com to increase interaction with customers, track opportunities and unlock growth.
• Meet and exceed established sales metrics and targets.
