Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Car Dealer to profitably grow NTW/TBC sales, margin and market share across Domestic New Car and Import dealer channels. You will collaborate with local Distribution Centers, Sales Operations, and other teams to deliver growth.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, conducting dealer trainings, deploying marketing programs, and developing customized business plans to expand dealer revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively grow and manage current and prospective customers in assigned market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers via field visits and calls.
• Drive promotional programs and convert leads to sales.
• Meet and exceed sales metrics and share of wallet targets.
