Job summary

TBC Corporation seeks a Senior Account Manager, Local Sales Channel to grow sales with independent dealers and associate outreach in Seattle area. You will drive dealer enrollments, manage multi-functional collaboration, and execute promotional programs to expand share of wallet.

The role requires 5–7 years of sales experience, strong MS Office skills, bilingual Spanish/English a plus, and a results-oriented, autonomous work style. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with minimum of 5 - 7 years experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage and grow current and prospective customers in assigned market.
• Drive Associate Dealer enrollments and engagements with Independent Tire Dealers.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and cross functionally throughout TBC.
• Develop strong relationships with customers by Physical Visits/Teams Calls and supplier partners.
• Participate in the deployment of marketing/promotional programs.
• Demonstrated ability to convert or transition leads to profitable sales.
