TBC Corporation is seeking a Car Dealer Account Manager (CDAM) to cultivate and manage profitable relationships with OEM automotive dealerships in the assigned territory. The CDAM will support sales, marketing, and inventory initiatives, expanding the customer portfolio and loyalty.

The role focuses on expanding the CDC Customer base, training, and providing program support across the tire category. Remote work within the territory is required.

Formación

• 3 years proven sales experience.
• Automotive tire experience or transferable sales skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage and grow current and prospective dealers within the territory.
• Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key decision makers.
• Contribute to sales forecasts and demand planning.
• Maintain productive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop business plans and present strategic growth initiatives.
