Job summary

Atlantic is seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Analyst in New York to support the Managed Services program. You will deploy and maintain print monitoring tools, analyze fleet data, and ensure timely, accurate reporting for internal teams and clients.

This hybrid role emphasizes problem-solving, data analysis, and collaboration with IT, Sales, and Billing to optimize costs, improve uptime, and deliver superior service across complex print environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with fleet monitoring or DCA tools is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure fleet monitoring software on client networks.
• Monitor fleet health and performance and report usage.
• Support monthly billing audits with accurate data.
• Train and support customers on the E-Info Portal.
• Maintain a central DCA devices database.
• Perform security patches and firmware updates.
• Develop SOPs and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Service, and Billing.
• Stay updated on DCA and fleet management tech.
• Assist change management and feature rollouts.
