Responsibilities

• Develop and update fleet information systems for vehicles, vessels, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Fleet, Marine staff and IT to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Conduct fleet analyses and studies to identify operational improvements.
• Support asset information within fleet management software (Holman Insights).
• Serve as liaison for Maximo support related to fleet maintenance.
• Manage periodic fleet reports; improve existing reports and develop dashboards for KPIs.
• Document processes and assist in implementing solutions within financial software.
