Job summary

TGI Office Automation is seeking a Customer Field Specialist to support Managed Print Services across our New York client base. You will conduct on-site assessments, build detailed device inventories, map print environments, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize fleets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in MPS or print assessments, strong attention to detail, and comfortable traveling regionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Managed Print Services, print assessments, or related field roles.
• Strong understanding of printer and MFP environments.
• Able to perform on-site audits and field work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally and regionally.
• Experience with MPS data collection tools such as FMAudit or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform field assessments and on-site visits, documenting device inventories and network connectivity.
• Collect usage data, meter reads, device attributes, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support fleet optimization and device consolidation initiatives for MPS programs.
• Assist sales and clients during evaluations and implementations, presenting assessment findings.
• Follow SOPs for assessments, documentation, and safety requirements.
