Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in fleet operations, analytics, or supply chain.
Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, charts, data analysis and reporting.
Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze fleet, operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain reports, metrics, dashboards, and BI tools for decision-making.
Monitor fleet utilization, asset performance and supplier performance against KPIs.
Coordinate asset allocation and lifecycle management with field operations.
Support onboarding of acquisitions into fleet programs and drive process improvements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and efficiency.
