Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, transportation, warehouse operations or third-party logistics strongly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with customers, drivers and peers.
• Has a strong sense of urgency and works well in fast-paced, deadline-driven situations.
• Strong work ethic and motivated to exceed commitments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers meet safety requirements and adhere to terminal flow.
• Collaborate with drivers to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Monitor trailer pool to address equipment shortages proactively.
• Complete safety checklists for every load entering and departing.
• Interact with facility staff, drivers, ITS team in a professional manner.
• Escalate safety violations to ITS Reno Center leadership.
• Update systems with up-to-date information for team visibility.
