Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in fleet coordination, fleet administration, dispatching, logistics, transportation, or a related operational support role.
• Familiarity with rolling stock, including cars, trucks, and related commercial vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle titles, registrations, and fleet documentation processes.
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional speaking voice.
• Strong data management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet department initiatives, daily operations, reporting, and administrative coordination.
• Serve as a liaison between fleet leasing companies, field operations, vendors, and internal departments.
• Process new vehicle order requests, including factory orders and out-of-stock vehicle requests.
• Manage high-volume email communication, data entry, recordkeeping, filing, and fleet-related documentation.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and maintain internal and external fleet reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment sales requests with auction partners.
