Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily dispatch operations to optimize fleet utilization and delivery timelines.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, sales, and management to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies related to fleet operations and driver safety.
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure vehicle safety.
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries related to dispatch, logistics, and fleet status in a professional and timely manner.
