Zipcar, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in San Francisco to guide field operations ensuring vehicles are clean, ready, and available for members. You will coordinate repairs, manage vendor relationships, and update our platform with ETAs and notes to close tickets efficiently.

Ideal candidates have logistics experience, fleet background, and strong multitasking abilities. This role offers in-office starting location with potential for a hybrid schedule and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the repair life cycle of vehicles from repair to return to rent.
• Work with ABG supply chain partners, third-party maintenance vendors, third-party shuttling, towing, and impound facilities.
• Update Zipcar’s platform daily with ETA, notes, and close tickets.
• Secure in-fleet units from ABG including requesting, branding, key tethering, and up-kitting.
• Schedule de-fleets units for disposal.

Job description

As Fleet Coordinator , you will use technology to guide your team in the field to ensure our fleet of vehicles are ready for our members. Vehicles should be clean, in good condition, and ready to drive – this all depends on you. You will work internally with your team as well as externally with our various vendors to keep everyone on time, organized, and where they need to be. What You'll Do:Coordinating the repair life cycle of our vehicles from the time they require repair to the time they go back on the grid for rent.
