Job description

Pay Rate - $18/hr

What you’ll do:

As Fleet Coordinator, you will use technology to guide your team in the field to ensure our fleet of vehicles are ready for our members. Vehicles should be clean, in good condition, and ready to drive – this all depends on you. You will work internally with your team as well as externally with our various vendors to keep everyone on time, organized, and where they need to be.

What you’ll love about being a Zipster:

• Coordinating the repair lifecycle of our vehicles from the time they require repair to the time they go back on the grid for rent. This includes working with ABF supply chain partners, third-party maintenance vendors, third-party shuttling companies, towing vendors, and impound recovery facilities.
• Updating Zipcar’s platform (work management system) daily with ETAs of when vehicles will be complete, any pertinent notes to the repair process, and closing out the ticket loop once complete.
• Securing in-fleet units from ABG — which includes requesting units, branding, key tethering, and up-kitting.
• Scheduling de-fleet units for disposal.

What drives success for this role:

• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with third-party vendors.
• Experience working with online ticket-based workflows (strongly preferred).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Experience working with fleet (strongly preferred).
• Logistics background (preferred).
