Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Fleet Operations Support Specialist II in Atlanta, GA to ensure regulatory compliance for vehicle registrations, transfers and related motor vehicle transactions across Cox divisions and external customers.

You will complete forms, manage title documentation, and support regulatory reporting while delivering strong customer service and data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years' related field experience, or equivalent combinations including higher education.
• Experience with vehicle registration, DOT, IFTA, UCR and related regulatory processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete state forms to support vehicle registration renewal, transfers, and re-titles.
• Support title management to ensure asset security and documentation availability.
• Communicate with customers for pre-requirements such as emissions and inspections.
• Receive, sort, and file incoming mail; mail out completed products as required.
• Gather fleet requirements to regulatory agencies (DOT, IRP, IFTA, UCR).
• Ensure billing accuracy and timely processing of payments.
• Update asset status and compliance details in Cox asset database.
• Maintain and document regulatory processes and vendor lead times.
• Assist with automations within Cox systems with vendors and customers.
