Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with vehicle title and registration processing across multiple states.
• Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance requirements (driver qualification files, inspections, IFTA/IRP).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize competing renewal/compliance dates.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with DMV offices, vendors, and internal teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Asset Management: maintain up‑to‑date records for all fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Manage fleet data within the fleet management system for audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Fleet Manager on new additions and decommissions.
• Oversee auxiliary programs like fuel cards, telematics, and EZ‑Pass.
• File and monitor vehicle accident claims and generate reports for leadership.
• Title & Registration: process papers across states and track expiration dates.
• Maintain organized title/registration files for compliance and audits.
• DOT Compliance: maintain driver qualification files, inspections, and hours‑of‑service docs.
• Schedule DOT inspections and maintenance intervals; monitor IFTA/IRP reporting.
