• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or fleet operations within the commercial vehicle/fleet service industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong ability to translate technical information for non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Champion Customer Success: conduct regular in-person visits with Fleet Partners to strengthen relationships.
• Drive Exceptional Onboarding: ensure new Fleet Partners are onboarded correctly and timely.
• Optimize Maintenance Operations: coordinate with service centers to maximize fleet uptime.
• Resolve Customer Challenges: guide customers through complex repair decisions and invoices.
• Leverage Technology: use AI tools and data analytics to provide actionable insights.
