Job summary

Zipcar is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to support our Fleet Operations Team across the city, ensuring cars are clean, maintained and readily available for members. You will travel by foot, bike, public transit or Zipcar to perform tasks that keep vehicles member-ready.

Responsibilities include being the front line for member satisfaction, promoting the Zipcar brand in the city, and coordinating tasks to keep the fleet in top condition.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure vehicle status updates.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and conditions.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials up to 50 lbs.

Job description

As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will work all around the city as part of our Fleet Operations Team to ensure cars are clean, maintained and transport them to where they need to be for our Zipcar members. You'll zip around by foot, bike, public transit or use a Zipcar to ensure our vehicles are 'member-ready' – this might mean changing a tire, filling the gas tank, cleaning, or helping to coordinate a tow or repair.

What We're Looking For:
