Zipcar is hiring a Fleet Operations Associate in New York, NY. You will keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for members, while moving cars between locations and performing minor maintenance.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions. You will coordinate repairs or towing to minimize downtime and ensure a reliable fleet for members, while upholding safety policies and recording work performed.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching, kneeling).
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and environments.

Responsabilidades

• Keep Zipcar vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for members.
• Transport vehicles between locations as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and member-ready audits.
• Assist with tire changes and minor in-field repairs.
• Coordinate repairs or towing to minimize downtime and keep fleet in service.
• Audit locations, install/remove signage, and manage parking passes.
• Report damage or safety concerns and maintain accurate records.

This hands-on role includes transporting vehicles, refueling, cleaning, changing tires, and coordinating repairs or towing when needed.
