Avis Budget Group is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to help keep Zipcar vehicles clean, serviced, and ready for members in Charlotte. You will transport, refuel, and perform minor maintenance, while coordinating repairs and ensuring vehicles move smoothly between locations.

The role emphasizes hands-on, outdoor work with flexible hours, safety compliance, and customer-focused service to support our urban car-sharing network.

Formación

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.

• Keep vehicles ready for members and support their experience.
• Refuel or recharge vehicles and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Move vehicles between locations and assist with in-field repairs or towing as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for fleet onboarding or departure, including branding tasks.
• Audit locations and manage parking passes and signage.

This hands-on role includes transporting vehicles, refueling, cleaning, changing tires, and coordinating repairs or towing when needed.
