MasTec Renewables seeks a finance leader to govern billing integrity across equipment operations, ensuring accurate cost allocation and reliable ERP data to drive KPIs affecting project cost and execution.

This role leads the Equipment Support team, partners with field operations, and oversees month-end accruals, insurance allocation, and spend reporting in a dynamic, national remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; combination of education and experience acceptable
• Five+ years relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP and Telematics platforms; cost accounting knowledge

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce billing accuracy standards against Equipment Support KPIs
• Provide strategic direction to the Equipment Support team for consistent project execution
• Lead initiatives to improve data reliability within the ERP system
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments or vendors to optimize Equipment processes
• Oversee the month-end rental accrual process and insurance allocation
• Own and support equipment utilization and spend reporting
• Monitor insurance allocation and safety documentation to mitigate financial and operational risk
