Qualifications

• Three years of experience, college coursework, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet inventory and vehicle records in asset-management systems.
• Generate and track work orders and process invoices.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and inspections with vendors.
• Process vehicle titles and registrations.
• Support insurance processes and compliance requirements.
• Assist in funding proposals and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
